A. Lease transferee (individuals or organizations looking to take over an existing lease)
1. Register with www.Takeovermyautolease.com to create your account.
2. Search our comprehensive database to find the vehicle and lease structure that best fits your needs or browse through our selection of featured vehicles for special deals.
3. Once you decide which lease(s) you are interesting in taking over we will put you in touch with the seller to negotiate the final terms of the transfer.
4. Receive credit approval so that the lease may be transferred to your name.
5. Once credit approval is obtained you are ready to take over the lease and use your newly acquired vehicle.
B. Lease transferor (individuals or organizations looking to transfer an existing lease)
1. Register with www.Takeovermyautolease.com to create your account.
2. Post your vehicle and lease information using our quick and simple vehicle and lease management system.
You will have to enter the lease structure information including monthly price, length of lease, and the company which issued the lease.
In addition, we will need current pictures of the entire vehicle. First click "Publish"
and then "Post" to purchase a membership plan in order to make your lease active
in our database.
3. Your lease will be entered into our database allowing others to search for it based on a number of different criteria.
4. Once someone expresses interest in taking over your lease we will put you in touch with them to negotiate the final terms of the transfer.
5. Upon agreement on the exact terms (including who pays the bank transfer and administrative
fees) we will finalize the transfer and you are ready to get out of your lease.

Additional Fees (either transferor or transferee may pay these and are only charged
when a lease is transferred):
Bank Transfer Charge: This is the fee charged by the bank/financial institution
in order to transfer the auto lease. Each lending institution charges a different
fee and they range from $0-600 payable directly to the bank.
Takeovermyautolease Administrative Fee: This is our fee to make sure all
your documents are in order and handle all the paperwork necessary to finalize the
